The ground floor bedroom has a double bed and offers easy access for the less mobile.
The first floor bedroom can offer twin beds or a king size, has a pleasant seating area and views towards the sea and the Treshnish Isles in the distance.
Both rooms have comfortable beds with duvets, ample storage space, a hospitality tray with a choice of beverages, biscuits and fresh milk.
The local information folder will help you decide what to explore the next day. We’ve also included details on a few of our favourite walks on the Ross of Mull.
There’s a selection of leaflets about attractions across the whole of the Isle of Mull including boats to Staffa and The Treshnish Isles.
Both bedrooms have a television with DVD player. Guests are welcome to borrow a DVD.

Guests are welcome to borrow a book from our small library that includes a selection of guides to the area, suggestions for walks and various reference books.


Breakfast is served in the seaward facing dining room from 8.00 am to 8.30 am. By prior arrangement guests may have a continental style breakfast at 7.30 am if they are planning a busy day.
During the autumn and winter months guests may prefer breakfast a little later!

The cooked breakfast includes sausage, bacon, tomato, mushrooms and fried or scrambled egg.
For a lighter option guests may choose scrambled egg with smoked salmon.
If you are planning a day watching wildlife you may wish to order a packed lunch the evening before so that you can collect if after breakfast.
